Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor (Remote – New Mexico Licensed)

Affect is seeking compassionate,
LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC licensed Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
Counselors in New Mexico to provide fully remote, evidence-based care to our Members. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about recovery and are looking for a sustainable, flexible, and mission-driven telehealth environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care

Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum

Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when needed

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR

Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations

Required Qualifications

Experience working with substance use disorder populations

Comfort providing care via telehealth platforms

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet

Salary range: $55,000–$75,000 (commensurate with license and experience)
