Rochester Regional Health's ElderONE program in Rochester, NY is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, mission-driven team delivering high-quality care in a value-based model focused on prevention and functional maintenance.
You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide functional mobility, using modalities such as massage, heat, cryotherapy, and assistive devices. NYS licensure is required; 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with no weekends or nights.
