JBA Institute (JBA) is a mission-driven provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services dedicated to supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and family-centered care while expanding access to services across California. Our team partners closely with families, referral providers, and community organizations to ensure children receive timely, compassionate, and effective support.

About the Role:

The primary function of the ABA Scheduling and Operations Coordinator is to maintain day-to-day operations and assist with HR duties. They work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth process for all employees from onboarding and beyond.

This position is on site in Long Island, CA. Opportunities for remote work may be possible with approval.

Requirements for the Role:
  • 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is highly preferred. OR 1 year of experience in related fields of healthcare or behavioral health.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare administration preferred.
  • Experience managing client and staff session schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Some college or associates degree or higher, preferred.
  • Ability to work on site at the ABA clinic in Long Island, CA

Pay and

Schedule:

$45,000-$60,000 a year

Full-Time, Non-Exempt
