Role Description

This full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis, IN, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and other direct care team members. Day-to-day tasks include data collection and analysis, monitoring treatment fidelity, and making data-driven adjustments to interventions to support client progress.

The role involves collaborating closely with families and caregivers, delivering parent training and support, and coordinating with other professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care. The BCBA will also maintain accurate documentation, adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, and participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Skills in Parent Education and Psychology, enabling effective caregiver training, support, and collaboration across diverse family systems.
  • Proficiency in Behavior Management strategies, including crisis prevention, de-escalation techniques, and positive behaviour support.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and compliance with BACB ethical and practice standards.
  • Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental differences in clinical, home, school, or community settings.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Comfort with hybrid work, including reliable transportation for on-site visits in Indianapolis, IN, and ability to manage remote tasks independently.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records, data collection systems, and basic technology tools used in behavior analytic practice.
