Seeking a self-motivated Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist, this part-time position will manage consumer communications, provide account updates, and perform skip tracing to resolve unpaid accounts while working from home.
Key responsibilities- Communicating with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts through telephone and written correspondence
- Providing accurate account updates and maintaining thorough records of interactions
