As a Crisis Specialist you will login to helpline applications, respond via calls, texts, and chat, de-escalate crises, and coordinate with EMS when needed; maintain confidentiality and document interactions.
Strong self-discipline and compassion are essential; a HS diploma is required, 6 months of mental health/crisis experience, and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
