UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Advanced Therapeutics Program. This per diem, fully remote role focuses on managing obesity, diabetes, and cardiometabolic conditions through telehealth. Candidates should have 2+ years in APP roles and a strong interest in virtual care delivery and chronic medication management.
Massachusetts NP/PA licensure, Master’s degree, and BLS/ACLS are required. Experience with GLP-1s and SGLT2 inhibitors is preferred.
