Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LCSW to join our growing remote care team. This full-time, 100% remote position combines direct patient counseling, psychosocial support, care coordination, and resource navigation to improve the overall well-being of patients and their families.

Location:
100% Remote (Candidates must be licensed in Alabama and/or Tennessee)
Compensation & Benefits: $80,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted LCSW license. (MSW candidates without independent LCSW licensure will not be considered.)
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW licensure in Alabama and/or Tennessee.
- Candidates licensed in only one of these states must be willing and able to obtain licensure in the other within a reasonable timeframe.
- Experience providing direct counseling and psychosocial support.
- Experience connecting patients with community resources and social-service programs.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced organization where processes continue to evolve.
Preferred
- Experience supporting oncology patients or other medically complex populations.
- Experience in care management, population health, or value-based care.
- Experience mentoring care coordinators or other members of an interdisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and community resources throughout Alabama and/or Tennessee.
- Experience working within a high-growth healthcare organization.
