Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday. No weekends! WFH options available.

We have in-center and/or in-home opportunities in and around Tempe. Additional locations available.

Design & implement ABA plans:
Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact

Conduct assessments & track progress:
Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes

Lead & mentor behavior technicians:
Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise

Partner with families:
Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
