Coast Psychology is a neuroaffirming group private practice in Oyster Bay, New York, specializing in neuropsychological assessment and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We are a collaborative, clinically rigorous, and compasionate team.
POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a fully licensed, doctoral-level psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with expertise in both neuropsychological assessment and individual therapy. This is a full-time W-2 position with a minimum of 24 dedicated clinical hours. Work from home 2+ days per week with flexible scheduling. The schedule is designed to be sustainable and to leave room for a life outside the office.
The ideal candidate works enthusiastically with children ages 4 and above for both testing and therapy, brings genuine skill in neuropsychological assessment, and wants to be part of a practice that is growing intentionally. This is not a placement - we are building a team.
This role requires willingness and enthusiasm to work with children ages 4+ for both therapy and testing. Candidates who prefer an adult-only caseload are not a fit for this position.
This role is not a fit for clinicians intending to establish their own independent practice. We are investing in the people who join us, and we are looking for clinicians who want to grow with the practice and be a part of a team long-term.
