Gentiva is seeking an RN Weekend On Call to provide compassionate home-based hospice and home health care to patients and families. In this role, you'll triage calls, conduct urgent home visits, complete assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans during weekend and after-hours periods. You will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team, provide emotional support and education to patients and caregivers, document care accurately, and uphold Gentiva's commitment to dignity, comfort, and clinical excellence in every home visit.
