apree health is hiring full-time Care Guide - Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. The role supports one health plan and our digital products with a relentless customer focus, in a remote or hybrid setup. Training is fully paid with benefits starting on day one; hours are 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM MST Monday–Friday, and 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM MST Sat-Sun.
40-hour weeks, HIPAA compliant. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills and a keen interest in healthcare tech.
