Vision Works is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to prepare patients for exams, perform pre‑exam tests, and explain each step of the process. You will liaison between patients and Optometrists and help initiate the patient journey.
Responsibilities include assisting onsite and remote examinations, documenting results, preauthorising insurance, and coordinating with retail staff to finalize patient care. Training is provided, and flexibility to travel may be required.
