Care Ring Health seeks an experienced occupational therapist to provide home-based OT services in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You will assess clients, develop and implement plans of care, and coordinate with physicians, RNs, and supervisors to meet clinical goals.
You will educate clients and families, supervise assistants, and document outcomes in a timely, compliant manner while applying evidence-based techniques to improve function and independence in activities of daily living.
