Optimal Care seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home home health services across the Lansing/Jackson area. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatments to help patients regain independence in daily activities.
The role requires daily travel within the service area, working one-on-one with patients, and collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team. Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with weekend on-call rotation.
