Tabula Rasa Integrative Health Inc. is looking for a passionate and skilled DBT Therapist to join our growing team in Gurnee, IL on a part-time basis. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives through evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy in a supportive, integrative care environment. Pay is percentage based and you would be a W2 employee.

- Provide individual and group DBT therapy sessions using standard DBT protocols and evidence-based techniques
- Facilitate DBT skills training groups covering mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
- Participate in DBT consultation team meetings to support fidelity and clinician development
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate integrative, whole-person care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Illinois clinical licensure (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent) required
- Formal training or certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Experience delivering individual DBT therapy and/or DBT skills groups
- Strong knowledge of DBT principles, biosocial theory, and chain analysis
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, client-centered approach with strong professional boundaries
