Commonwealth Home Health, part of LHC Group within the United Health Group family, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home-based therapy and help patients regain maximum physical ability. This is a full-time position requiring 32 hours weekly; part-time consideration at 20+ hours may be explored.
You will follow the plan of care under the supervising OT, educate patients and families, observe and report changes, and ensure care complies with state laws.
