St. Elizabeth Health Care is seeking a Virtual Observer to monitor patients remotely during Nights 7PM–7AM at the Ft. Thomas Hospital. This role supports patient safety by watching for at‑risk behaviors and communicating with the nursing team as needed.
The VO will work from a centralized unit, complete required training, and contribute to a collaborative care environment across our hospital campuses. Strong observation and confidentiality are essential.
