Location: Maryland Heights
United Health Group is seeking a Remote Pre-Visit Coordinator to join the Member and Clinician Support team. You will conduct telephonic outreach, document medical history, and ensure member access to a PCP from home. The role operates in a fast-paced call center with a focus on quality and adherence to HIPAA.
You will participate in 2–3 weeks of paid training and work 9:45am–6:15pm CST, with occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed. Benefits and development opportunities are available.
