Two Chairs is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults in Arizona. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 weekly sessions, applying modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and others.
You’ll track client progress with PHQ-9 and collaborate with other clinicians while meeting HIPAA and state requirements. Teletherapy experience is essential; EHR proficiency is expected. Arizona licensure in good standing is required.
