Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Bilingual ABA Therapist, you'll work with children with Autism, providing individualized therapy sessions in English and Spanish. Your expertise will help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Responsibilities:
Provide ABA Therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, to children with Autism
Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with the child's family and multidisciplinary team
Conduct parent training to empower families with the skills and strategies necessary to support their child's progress
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
Collaborate with other therapists, supervisors, and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy)
Experience working with children with Autism and their families
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable with technology and electronic record-keeping systems
Work Environment:
Part-time position ( flexible scheduling available)
Work directly with children and families in a home-based or clinic setting
