Pharmacy Technician - US Remote

• Accurately input and update prescription and patient data within pharmacy systems
• Support medication inventory management and digital record keeping
• Assist with administrative duties such as verifying insurance information, responding to patient inquiries, and scheduling
• Manage digital documentation, including scanning, filing, and organizing pharmacy records
• Perform basic data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with team members remotely to support pharmacy operations
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and pharmacy information

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn pharmacy management software
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively

• Develop and optimize workflows for pharmacy data management
• Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports
• Mentor and train new team members remotely
• Coordinate communication across departments and pharmacy teams
• Support implementation of remote work best practices and tools

• 2+ years of experience in remote pharmacy support or administrative roles
• Proficiency in pharmacy software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant tools (CRM, inventory systems)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively

• Hourly rates from $18 to $45+, depending on experience, location, and hours worked.
