Care Talk Health is hiring a Licensing & Credentialing Specialist to manage end-to-end credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment for a nationwide remote model. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain CAQH/NPPES/PECOS data, and coordinate with providers for timely credentialing updates.
Minimum 3+ years in healthcare credentialing/licensing is required. Strong knowledge of CMS/NCQA standards and multi-state licensure is essential.
