QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree
- Pharmacy License/Registration
- Issued by Florida or Compact State
- Pharmacist Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required. Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
