Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Lehigh Valley is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy, helping patients regain independence and perform ADLs safely in their own homes. You will assess, treat, educate, and coordinate care with physicians and the team in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.
The role requires PA OT license, prior home health or hospice experience preferred, valid driver's license, and strong documentation skills.
