CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Prior Authorization Pharmacist to support the Medicaid Prior Authorization program. This fully remote role is open to qualified candidates within the United States, with a 40-hour work week and licensure in AZ or TX in good standing.
You will need 3+ years of pharmacy experience, current AZ and/or TX license, and the ability to obtain the other license within 90 days. The position offers a pay range of $94,500 to $176,000 with CVS Health bonus opportunities;
