Location: Bala Cynwyd
Penn Medicine is seeking an HIM Inpatient Coding Specialist Level I to review medical records, select principal and secondary diagnoses and procedures, and analyze DRGs to maximize compliant reimbursement across UPHS facilities. You will enter coded data into EPIC, query physicians when documentation is unclear, and contribute to timely billing, while maintaining accuracy targets and continuing education.
Qualified candidates have CCS certification, HS diploma, inpatient coding experience;
