Join Our Dynamic Team at Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN At Aim Higher ABA Therapy, our experienced team provides individualized consultation and intervention services that enable children with autism to learn and thrive. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality behavioral therapy to children with autism in a home-based or clinic setting
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client's unique needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective treatment
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in behavioral sciences or related field preferred
  • Completion of a registered behavior technician certification program, such as the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
