Mindoula Health’s Collaborative Care Program in Oregon seeks a Behavioral Health Integration Clinician to join the care team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, provide psychotherapy, and coordinate mental and physical health care across a multi-disciplinary team.
The position is primarily remote with telephonic or video care, but requires working in the designated state. A master’s degree and Oregon licensure are required, with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
