Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) in Alamogordo, NM seeks a Family Advocacy Nurse (FAN) to support the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) with home-based nursing, prevention, and case management for families with young children.
The FAN will conduct home visits, provide maternal and child health guidance, coordinate services with MTF and healthcare partners, and help prevent maltreatment through education and outreach.
