What You'll Bring

  PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Licensure:
  Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license.
• Experience:
  
  Clinical review, utilization management, or managed care preferred. Hospital, ambulatory, and community pharmacists with strong clinical judgment are highly encouraged to apply.
