What You'll Bring:

• Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license for Virginia
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based SLP environment
• Skills in both direct and virtual speech-language services
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload, with adaptability to varying assignments across campuses
• Commitment to timely credentialing, including VA Dept. of Social Services background check and required TB test
• Passion for student-centered support and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach

What Youll Do:

• Deliver in-person therapy, consultation, and assessments in school settings three days each week
• Provide virtual therapy and participate in remote meetings and documentation two days a week
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Support students ranging from preschool through high school age, tailoring services to meet individual needs
