One Oncology is seeking a Cash Posting Specialist to support daily posting of receipts and balancing payments in a remote setting. The role supports the Sr. Director of RCM and Cash Posting Manager, ensuring accurate processing of EOBs and timely close procedures.
The candidate will handle lock boxes, zero-pay EOBs, and postings with attention to coding basics (HCPCS/CPT/ICD), while using MS Word/Excel/Outlook and billing systems to maintain data integrity and respond to insurance issues promptly.
