The Children’s Home is seeking a Preventive Functional Family Therapy Clinician to provide FFT services to families with adolescents aged 10–18 in a community-based program. You will carry a caseload of at least ten families and work flexible hours to meet families' needs.
Responsibilities include weekly FFT sessions, documentation in CSS and EHR, and collaboration with schools and other agencies. A Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and NY licensure progress are required.
