Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent required
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting favored, but not required
  • IEP experience and AAC device familiarity are pluses
  • If considering remote work, prior teletherapy experience is necessary
Responsibilities
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy in individual or group sessions, adapting to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain timely and detailed records, including progress notes and reports
