Sr. CS-1: $107,000;

Base Salaries: $90,000-$100,000; based on experience

• Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
• Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to sustain client progress long‑term
• Developing and leading other team members
• Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
• Attending trainings, conferences, or GABA sessions as needed

• You have worked as a BCBA in‑center for at least three years
• Billable requirement of at least 20 hours a week
• Relocation reimbursement assistance
• $1,000 CEU and travel reimbursement, plus three additional paid CEU days
• 18 paid days off per year, including 8 paid holidays
