Sr. CS-1: $107,000;

Base Salaries: $90,000-$100,000; based on experience

Typical Day- Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
- Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to sustain client progress long‑term
- Developing and leading other team members
- Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
- Attending trainings, conferences, or GABA sessions as needed
- You are a leader with passion and vision
- You value developing your clinical and managerial skills, with mentorship from leading experts in the ABA field
- You are an excellent clinician, a great manager, and a collaborator with client caretakers
- You love to see the tangible results of your work improving the lives of clients
- You enjoy leading and developing other clinicians to help clients reach their full potential
- You can be an evangelist for employees, parents, referral sources, and the ABA community
- You have worked as a BCBA in‑center for at least three years
- Billable requirement of at least 20 hours a week
- Relocation reimbursement assistance
- $1,000 CEU and travel reimbursement, plus three additional paid CEU days
- 18 paid days off per year, including 8 paid holidays
