• Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $90,000 - $112,000
  • Plusearn up to an additional

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Achievable Targets: You’llaverage 26billable hours per week,with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.

• Master’s degree in human services ora related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
