Overview

Mass Pediatric ABA, located in Westford, MA, serves the surrounding towns of Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover. We are hiring a part‑time, experienced Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid clinical supervisor role. The position combines in‑person ABA therapy and support with remote responsibilities.

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. All initial assessments must be completed in person.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, with approximately 50% of supervision conducted in person.
• Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors when clinically warranted.
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress.

• Hybrid position combining in‑person and remote clinical responsibilities.
• 100% of initial assessments are conducted in person.
• Approximately 50% of ongoing supervision is completed in person; the remaining supervision, documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration may be completed remotely.
• Flexible scheduling available.

• Current BCBA certification and MA LABA.
• Master's degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field.
• Previous ABA experience.
• Completed CORI and federal background check.
• Driver’s license.

• Competitive hourly rate of $80–$90 per hour, based on education, experience, and clinical expertise.
