The PRN Occupational Therapist Reports to Therapy Manager/Director of Nursing for Home Health. Evaluates, plans, and administers comprehensive occupational therapy modalities/regimes to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician. Focus on compensatory techniques to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of patients.

To delineate the scope of services provided by the Occupational Therapy Services program offered by the Agency. Assist with coordination and collaboration of obtaining DME and safety devices with patient/family/and health care team members.
