- Schedule: TBA
- Start Date: Early September
- Pay: $21/Hr. (Weekly Pay)
- Equipment Provided: (Must have reliable internet)
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with medication coordination and patient support
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients
- Front end processing, on the phone, patient and providers, issue resolution, handle escalations.
- Empathy is critical, must be able to de-escalate, problem solve.
- Experience with pharmacy systems and prescription processing preferred
- Pharmacy Tech License (Certification not required)
