Authora Care Collective in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to support and maintain our EMR system. This full-time hybrid role runs Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation, and includes training staff and providing end-user support to ensure smooth clinical workflows.
The specialist will act as a liaison between clinicians and the EMR vendor, enforce data integrity and compliance, and collaborate with IT and Education to identify education needs and software improvements.
