Role Description

The Regional Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Oregon, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees multiple locations within the region, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient service. Day-to-day tasks include leading and coaching local managers and staff, monitoring regional performance metrics, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements. The Regional Manager works closely with clinical, sales, and administrative teams to streamline workflows, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.

The position also involves regular reporting to senior leadership, participation in strategic planning, and support for recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives across the region.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations, including staff management, performance coaching, and team development.
  • Strong operational and business management skills, such as budgeting, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
  • Experience in healthcare services, durable medical equipment, or respiratory care settings, with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, patients, families, and external healthcare partners.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and business systems; ability to interpret data and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balance on-site visits with remote responsibilities, and travel within the region as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving service quality, and enhancing patient or customer satisfaction.
