Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a satellite-based Patient Engagement Specialist to re-engage patients with our pediatric care programs. You will work remotely, frequently travel within Southern Missouri, and partner closely with the Patient Engagement Team to ensure patients are onboarded and re-connected with Imagine Pediatrics services.
You will educate families about services, coordinate with behavioral health partners, and address access barriers using local community resources.
