Tennessee Quality Care Hospice in Columbia seeks a licensed PRN Social Worker to join our clinical team and provide counseling, resources, and coordination for patients and families and TN state license are required; prior hospice experience is preferred.
Shifts are PRN, typically Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm, covering Columbia and surrounding counties. You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure holistic, patient‑centered care and timely service delivery.
