Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a full-time FFT Therapist to provide intensive, home-based family therapy to high-risk families referred by child welfare agencies in New York.
You will manage a caseload of about 8 families with youth aged 11–18, conduct weekly home visits, and document progress. You will coordinate with schools, courts, and healthcare providers and participate in annual FFT training.
