Elara Caring is seeking a Spiritual Coordinator to join our home-based hospice team in Texas. You will assess spiritual needs, develop care plans, provide guidance, and support patients and families as part of the interdisciplinary team. 50% travel required, and you will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
Qualified candidates have a divinity/theology degree, clergy certification, and 2+ years in hospice or ministry. A valid driver’s license is required.
