Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Oklahoma
. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional ABA services and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
- Competitive Compensation
: $90,000 - $100,000 annually or $85 - $90 per hour - Flexible Work Arrangements

Work alongside experienced professionals in a thriving ABA community
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote meaningful progress.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other staff members.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services
