What to expect in the role- Oversee a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed.
- Establish and maintain rapport with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload and conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed and complete corresponding insurance documents.
- Strategize and communicate with other members of the clinical team for overall center management.
