Location: El Paso
Arcadia Care is seeking a MDS / Care Plan Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate resident assessments and interdisciplinary care plans that meet Federal and State guidelines. The role includes coordinating nursing, dietary, social recreation, and physician services to ensure proper assessment and reimbursement.
You will oversee Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documentation, conduct regular MDS reviews, and manage PPS documentation.
