Agape Hospice Care in Georgia is seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual care in the home for terminally ill patients and their families. You will assess spiritual needs, provide counseling, and facilitate visits by clergy or pastoral counselors to support the patient’s comfort.
You will participate as a core member of the Interdisciplinary Group/Team (IDG/IDT). The schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with occasional on-call rotation, reflecting the flexible demands of end-of-life care.
